I agree--Good point!!! Now that the FSC has ruled against the butterfly ballot, maybe the GOPwingers will give 'em a little credit if and when this court does rule one of these cases in Gore's favor. Remember the early writing on this thread about how bad the FSC was because it was predominently Democratic-appointed? I never hear GOPwingers complaining about the seven GOP-appointed U.S. Supreme Court justices. Hey, I don't even hear Democrats complaining about that. Does this mean Democrats are more objective than Republicans? Maybe.
