Actually, I went to a high end salon that had an autoclave, and the needles came in a sealed pack, and my doc says my hep is too far advanced for me to have gotten it so recently, but yeah. It's a little scary. Not as scary as what some of the tours there specialize in, if you know what I mean. </>
