It was gorgeous when I was a teenager, my best memories are of hiking in the mountains in the middle of nowhere with my pals, snow covered peaks all around with deep gorges with cascading ice water below . . . and I have never seen so many stars . . . the sky is full of them! That, and listening to Dire Straits "Telegraph Road" on the Walkman . . . "then came the churches, then came the schools, then came the lawyers and then came the rules" . . . I wonder what it is like now. I was deep in Kashmir then, now there is so much terrorist and security stuff going on . . . humans screw everything up. -A
