Did you find it ironic that a liberal SC Justice, I'm speaking of Ginsburg, should rely so heavily on "leaving it up to the states?"

Isn't this the same group that has continually grabbed power from the states the last 40 years?

wise the US SC may be packed with Bois and Tribe and their ilk, and there goes the constitution and, subsequently, the country. The Republic cannot long survive liberal "interpretation". Look at the insanity of it all....we already have people looking at ballots with a magnifing glass, claiming they (and only they) can tell what the voter intended to do. And they are not joking, these people are SERIOUS. The lunatics have truly taken over the asylum. Almost.
