Re false affadavit... The amazing thing is that Boise is still referring to the Illinois case even as recently as a few dayz ago in the Leon county case... The FL SC has become very cold to Gore recently denying him all requests to force dade to recount, to force early recounts, etc... DO you think they are pissed about being lied to?... I wouldn't be surprised.. Gore is toast in my opinion.. rok

OT/Zeus be praised! Felt like a voice in the wilderness for 10 days! Finally, early this week, a Carter Admin Alumus, lifelong Democrat and former pollster Pat Goodell picked up the ball on the MSNBC. He began pounding the table about the disgraceful machinations used by team Gore to manufacture a legal precedent, use it to con the Florida Supreme Court; AND then, through multiple nationally televised news conferences, scam the American public. Another voice to surface on FOX and MSNBC was that of a former NY Post editor who melded this issue with my all time favorite - MEDIA BIAS. He hammered away at the major TV networks media for burying this shocking story of professional misconduct by David Boies and the Gore legal team. He and Goodell showed how this complicity by the liberal media has enabled Boies and his henchmen to continue to frame the debate in favor of slightly indented ballots when no other election has ever followed the kind of partisan standards they are trying to foist on local democrat canvass committees, and the American public! The entire sordid story is yet to fully unfold! This will only occur as a result of charges being brought against Boies and a complete investigation undertaken to expose a full blown Legal Scandal. But that might be exactly what we need to discredit and bring an end to the maniacal (ab)use of the courts to sue absolutely everybody who refuses to do what you want. Best Iso
