What about the Republican Machine dominated by old-money interests? Why would you want to support that? Yes, the Democrats are getting away from their base by taking in corporate interests, but the Republicans have always been in bed with tobacco and oil. They are clearly willing to sell out the public so that some old fat men can continue getting fatter. Where's the compassion in that? You tell me if you see a difference....
