KM, I agree with you 100%..I didn't mean investors should feel bullish, I hope that is not what you think. I certainly was not bullish this afternoon! I meant that ALL is not lost yet, if the Fed steps in. I am not invested in ONE stock even. My only nod to the long side are in 3 option calls. That is about how much I would put into this market on the long side at this point in time. Even that might have been a little extreme!

To the short side I was in reckless abandon until just before Thanksgiving when I divested much of the puts. Now I short on daytrading basis because I have confidence only in one thing: We are in The Perfect Storm and unlike those unfortunate souls on the boat, we might rewrite the ending on a happier note in the future.
