Hi Bob,

I think the markets are now under valued even with a 3% annual growth rate, which I believe is much more sustainable than the recent 8% growth rate we've seen earlier this year..... the tightening policy of the Feds has dramatically slowed the economy and now they'll have to begin a loosening policy to avoid a recession.....

Also, there is plenty of cash sitting on the sidelines and all that money is only waiting for a reason to buy... I think the impetus will be the Fed's bias change from tightening to neutral..... I think we could still see a 20-25% rise in these markets within the next 12 months... call me nuts.....<g>
