And there are reasons why peoples throughout time have made up stories, myths, legends, superstitions, creencias, about how the world was created, or how going barefoot can give you a cold. It helps us make sense of what we don't understand, and lets us feel less like victims of a random world, and less helpless. I suppose the mystery of the stock market seems less frightening with divine guidance??? But when those beliefs become so elaborate, and convoluted that people are trading on another person's "angel whisperings" something is seriously out of whack.
