Two rulings today from the Florida Supreme Court

1. The butterfly ballot that has been so widely called “illegal” by the democrats has been ruled legal. The court unanimously dismissed the democrats claim “with prejudice”. In other words, get lost and don’t bring this issue up again.

2. The court today refused to order the disputed PB, Miami Dade and Broward ballots to be counted immediately. The democrats were requesting that the count begin now before the hearings were concluded. Now it seems unlikely that the ballots will be counted before December 12th.

Hi CB,

The Eleventh Circuit has agreed to hear oral arguments on the constitutionality of hand counts!

Time for us to go find a quiet tropical island and let the carcinogenic dust of this word-storm settle. Mojitos, anyone?

I suppose the next logical argument to make its way to the courts will be a suit for specific relief to eliminate November from the calendar. Where's Lewis Carroll when we need him?

Best, Ray

The Constitutionality of hand counts??? would this not have national impact on manual counting... if so, we need those voter terminals soon.
