By problems and errors I meant voting with punch ballots (way past out-dated); state statutes that need standards and/or revision of standards; stricter and more strictly enforced chains of custody on voting applications; clarification or establishment of procedures (where this election displayed a lack or absence); uniformity of procedure within each state (instead of individual, unique procedures from county to county); perhaps some change/reform to the electoral college system; and, well, that's what comes off the top of my head at the moment.
