I read the post, and it's certainly a mess; don't know if it's fraud, which implies intent.

Who do you think benefited from the mess? On the one hand, hundreds of felons voted, mostly for Gore; on the other, hundreds of non-felons who should have been able to vote were scrubbed from the voter roles by the mistakes of the Florida State board. Was the scrub list just a mess or was it deliberately expanded?
