If what you are saying is "count the legal votes" then I agree with you.

All people that weren't eligible to vote because of being a felon should have their vote thrown out.

All absentee votes that were not placed in accordance with state and federal laws should be thrown out.

All ballots that were run through the counting machines but were thrown out because the machine can't detect all votes should be examined by human beings to see if they contain a vote for either candidate and those votes should be included in the final total.

All dead people that voted should have their vote thrown out unless they can prove they aren't dead. The FSC may have to hear this one when Bush Jr appeals.
