I warned everyone that you would find the commission of a felony was not on point !!

Lets try to look at your "facts", the ones that matter, and add a couple uncontested facts that you omitted.

Re: "3. The voter requested his/her own absentee ballot using a form that the Republican party sent him/her.

Absolutely true. There is no problem with the use of a preprinted form.

Omitted fact: The ballot was rejected by the elections supervisor because it lacked required information. End of request, no ballot would be sent.

Omitted fact: The Republican operatives altered the rejected ballot requests and resubmitted the altered ballot requests to the elections supervisor. The Republicans, NOT the ELECTOR, submitted the altered request.

Re: "1. No one requested an absentee ballot on behalf of the voter."

Absoultely NOT true.

The Republicans delivered an altered request to the elections supervisor. The altered request was successful and a ballot was sent to an elector. There is no way to avoid the fact that the Republican requested "an absentee ballot on behalf of an elector". After all, an absentee ballot that would never otherwise have been sent was mailed to an elector, only because of the submission of the altered request.

We have not even visited the Florida statute that says only an elector, a member of their immediate family or their legal guardian can submit information on a ballot request.

Can you agree that the Republicans violated this statute by delivering to the elections supervisor the voter ID information on the altered request?
