I never heard--and I've been following this quite closely--of any double-punched Palm Beach County Bush votes from one machine count to another.

What does happen with successive machine counts is the chads that are still attached but loose fall off.

Maybe one resolve would be to machine count 10 times in order to get as many chads as possible to fall off, and then separate the undervotes in order to count the dimples.

The key thing is that the optical scanner results, coupled with the testimony of the punch-card machine inventor, prove that dimpled votes from the punch card systems are actual votes that didn't get counted by the machine. This is why it's contended there are thousands of votes which NEVER have been counted for the first time!

This is why Gore's team is so upset! I am too!! And you should be also!!!

PS: I've been trying to find the charts that Bois' legal team prepared. I guess you'll see them tomorrow in the trial, along with the testimony of the punch-card machine inventor, William S. Rouverol.
