Nadine, it's a classic GOPwinger trick: Get the citizenry all whooped up 'cause Democrats are supposedly in bed with the criminals--remember the Willie Horton commercial? Couple this with the GOPwinger mischaracterization of the military absentee ballot vote and now you know how GOPwinger PR works.
