Nadine - no, fraud would be if they tampored with the actual absentee ballot - but merely making a technical correction on an application would be looked upon as a technicality by the court - especially when you consider the remedy is to throw out ALL absentee ballots cast - the majority of which were not affected by the technical corrections on the application

Nadine, I live in Palm Beach and I'm telling you the statistics suggest massive fraud....people are actually smarter here....this also doesn't explain why we were so dumb in 1996, altho our fraud-boy was equally as active
