That' precisely my concern with this optic bit...after the first machine count when EVERYBODY now knows the vote is close...then the mischief starts....and boy did it ever...just go look where Gore picked up an abnormal percentage of the whole state vote...that literally tells you where the greatest chance of fraud occurred...that is your anser...so then these optical counties...they aren't so dumb....ya just grab a little pen and scrape ole position 5, very harmlessly and secretly...leaving no evidence, ie. a chad...and bingo an optical vote and Boies chart...party these election people of course know all the technology and how to jiggle with it...yup,,,garbage in-garbage out...good point
