What happened to Brother Jeb is 3 U.S.C. 15, which provides that when two slates of state Electors are presented to Congress, and Congress can't decide which ones are the REAL Electors, the slate with the endorsement of the Governor prevails. So this cup cannot pass from his lips.

It's a tough job, but someone has to do it.

Lately I find that I am pinching myself often to see if this is real or a dream. So far I am voting for real, but it is definitely surreal as well.

Mr. Windsock,

Mr. Bush (Jeb) did in fact recuse himself from his ministirial duties in the certification process. However this does not preclude him from performing his express governmental duties. Old man Daley must be turning in his grave knowing his own son got out flim-flamed by a bunch of ignorant republicans. As always...

Best Wishes,
Swedelo

PS: I wonder if those 500 absentee ballots that showed up from Israel "mysteriously" floated up on the shores of Lake Michigan where all the ballots from the '60 election were dumped so they couldn't be re-counted? I suggest a new adjective for the dictionary..."Daleyed"...Oh my God the Demo's got Daleyed! LMAO!

He did recuse himself re: review of vote tallies. This is merely perfunctory duties as governor.

Look, wind, I know how you feel, but you got to give it up man...the game is over.

Trust me, like Newt and Speaker Livingston, they will manage to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory...it's just going to have to wait til 2002.
