They were RIGHT buddy! Can you imagine this? Your All Or None could not be represented at open market. All they could do was to look for buyer for entire order which they did. You really placed your order in a way that tied their hands, limiting the ways they could work with it. They really were unable to fill it regardless on where stock traded until buyer for entire order surfaced (or until they found it profitable to fill you internally). You got pissed off you say... at who? at them? I can assure you, there was better subject :)

Orders with all or none limitations are not shown on the level II or Market depth ..Schwab is right in not selling your shares in small chunks because you wanted ALL 5000 shares sold to the same buyer (very severe limitation imo)
