re: and each trade is the subject of a separate lawsuit

Where there are many small individual harms that
on their own would not, perhaps, be worth suing over,
but in aggregate constitute a large sum... I smell Class Action!

For a pittance of a fee, really, I would be willing to consolidate this action.
For the greater good of us all. Only $700/hr, though, will seem like a tropical dream.
BTW, billing started when thinking about the word 'Where.'

Who let the dogs out, indeed.

P.s. Quite right G., these posts are my swan song after
getting the dreaded margin fill at day end. Quite literally
though the check's in the mail for call and then some.
So joke's on them Monday ...right? <gulp>

Jacob,
the supreme Justice just announced it's verdict: they
said that each individual was responsible for his/her
own trades. They said that AMAT share price is the result
of a healthy yet often irrational democratic process.
If you can't face the heat, better to buy CD's. They
also scolded the day traders that tried to change the
previously announced rules/deadlines. These are well known
to all. Bottom line, you can win but you can also lose.
Although I was going to reconsider my second concession
on the advice of my lawyers, I have re-reconsidered that.
I HAVE really conceded.

p.s. by the way, maybe Gottfried would like a double or
nothing? 4cts that AMAT closes above 40$ on Monday? Hummm...
(my counsel speaking) Make that 37 1/2... (what, counsel?)
Make that 37 1/2 by the end of next week...

You probably said it and i missed it but i would love to know your thought process wherein you entered AMAT before it went to the low 30s ....since i remember you were staying on the sidelines until low 30s ...in fact if i remember correctly some posters gave you a hard time for your low 30s forecast.......so the inquiring minds want to know your thought process why you entered now in high 30s?? tia
