Well, that's a wrinkle isn't it? It certainly gives Gore an easy appeal if he doesn't rule in his favor. I'm beginning to think that Florida will change it's laws so it no longer has presidential elections and just has the legislature assign the winner every 4 years. Gosh, they must be embarassed for themselves.
