There is a foundation to base a legal argument to prevent those absentee ballots from being tossed out because of the lack of voter I.D. numbers. One is the item I just post, it gives a basis in law. Two is the fact the lady at the election dept. said they'd filled some out but had run out of personnel and time. Another is not to have the voter disenfranchised. Remember it isn't the voters fault in that situation, it was a software problem that prevented the space for the I.D.# from being on the form.
