What does win mean? That some biased people tried to divine a vote where none existed? Have you paid any attention to the admittedly biased folks of Judicial Watch who were examining the ballots in Palm Beach county? Miss Theresa, when shown specific ballots and asked WHY they were counted as a vote for Gore, could offer no explanation. She had no clue.

Tiger, just on CNN. two separate independent nerd group did statistical simulation on the Dade data using the partial recount data as a seed. After 1000 monte carlo simulations the Sore projection is -62 to +233. President Elect Bush, with an illegal recount or without a recount.
