Ok, I guess I could have edited more of the trite cliches out of the Smart Money story.

However, I've refrained from gloating about Canada's ability to re-elect its prime minister and get it all done within a day. If you Yankees would like some help in running elections, I'm sure we'd be happy to negotiate a consulting contract.

Nor have I speculated on the Greenspan conspiracy theory: He got George senior thrown out with his mismanagement of the economy. Now he's attempting to destroy it once again as his welcome to Dubya himself. Not that it much matters. I think Gore and the democrats are doing an outstanding job of shooting themselves in the foot. Just as the Republicans lost much of their house majority screwing around with Clinton, the voters will remember this nonsense and make very certain that the next election isn't even close.

I disagree! I think it will be equipment makers that offer the WRONG technologies!

Is this why you're frequenting the AMAT thread? ;-)
