It really is immaterial where or not it was "cozy" for her to "pull the trigger" or not. A monkey, or perhaps even a democrat could have done the same. It was simply a matter of following the law. I am sure that the Attorney General (who is Gore's campaign chair) felt he was doing the right thing when he went issued an opinion in what I am sure you feel was an impartial and nonpartisan manner.
