Pirah, May I suggest to all who have not done a discounted cash flow analysis that it would be a good idea to do a couple prior to using anybody else's spreadsheet. For those who understand how to calculate the net present value of a future cash flow and what it means to do that, I agree. For those who are challenged by such number crunching, asking them to run their own DCF before using someone else's spreadsheet is tantamount to telling them never to run a DCF analysis. --Mike Buckley
