LOL !!! What happened to me was that I began to develop headaches from wine (mainly red). I soon discovered that it was the sulfites that were causing it. I know that sulfites have been used for years and years, but it is the "industrialy processed" wines (i.e. fermentation HAS to finish at a certain schedule). So I now have the perfect indicator of a good wine... If I do not have a headache, I know it is a quality wine. Having said all that... more and more I am finding that my old resistance is BACK !!! So now... I have to do some catching up i.e. re-build my wine cellar. -g- As for the market.... ha ! Living well is the best revenge... and to hell with bears, bulls and pigs -g-
