Please remember that this is a partisan society, and people behave in partisan fashion. That, in and of itself, is not a bad thing, as long as the LAW IS FOLLOWED. It is when partisans go over the line that they should be publicly flogged, but not when they do not go out of their way to make things easier for the opposition, particularly when that same opposition has just taken her to court and had her "discretion" effectively taken away.
