Yes and yes. BTW, did you catch any of action in Judge Sauls court today? He was a changed man. No longer the bumbling boob that he presented himself to be earlier, but very brisk, efficient and cogent. Someone here mentioned a few days ago that they thought perhaps his act was a ploy to lull Boies into thinking he could take advantage of him. Boies did indeed try to play fast and loose with the motions, perhaps thinking that this old guy was no match for him. Well, I noticed that someone else was lead chair today, and Boies was relegated to mostly watching. It warmed the cockles of my heart.
