I think it'll be 6-3 for Gore, with Renquist, Scalia and Thomas doing a hardliner minority opinion.

The U.S. Supreme Court will not wish to be burdened in the future with states coming to it over multitudinous elections. This is why it'll uphold the Florida's supreme court finding.

I think the reason why the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to even sit on the case was so that a minority opinion could be delivered. But the finding will be the same: it will not interfere with the state rights for courts to interpret its own legislation.
