Good points Glenn
I'm sure co stock is another issue as well. An employee who has been granted some options would likely feel more confident, as in last year a this time, than they do now. Even if the options were not vested yet, seeing them so far into the green probably gave many of these people more $$ confidence. Now a lot of that is gone.

And defined savings programs, pensions etc. are heavily funded with co stock. yikes.
