its entirely feasible that this total of actual no votes for President by people clearly intending not to vote could comprise almost all of that undervote pile. Well, I think that's stretching it a bit as I find it difficult to think that tens of thousands of people (in Miami-Dade alone!) went to the poll and didn't intend to vote for President. Some probably did go without intending to vote for President, but that many? I just find that unlikely. Wonder if we will ever know...?
