It's the right of the state ledgislature that they are defending.

This right was usurped by the State Supreme Court. A clear violation of the US constitution.

The Republicans and the Democrats feel winning is more important than anything else. They both talk integrity and values, but their actions prove them both to be hypocrites. I think a lot of the voters knew this before the election and had a hard time deciding which candidate was less hypocritical.
