these ballots exist in Bush territory too...so clearly, until you count this way across the state, you don't have a fair result known.

I agree with what you said and it should have been done.

Hence, you now find Bush requesting the counting of his territory too

Bush should have asked for that, but I have not seen that he's done that. Did I turn off the tv for a minute and miss that?
