Dan B. The courts are ruling against you. The independent math scholars say the that you can only get -62 to 233 votes from Miami Dade. The conversations of the Us Supreme Court indicate that the Florida Supreme Court violated US law by doing something based on state Law.

All legitimate news and event are going against you.
You are a Sore and clinging to your teddy bear what do you do. Encourage your minions to make up and file mountains of law suits that the press have to cover or the democrat whinner will throw a hissy fit. FUD You must create fear uncertainty and doubt.
You must justify why you are not this Al Sore sgi.com
or this Joe Loserman sgi.com
or this all inclusive democrat sgi.com

Sore is PIG Vomit. Let no outragious news surprise you. The Herman Goering Gore machine is not dead yet.

I have heard that a sanctions case (I'm quite sure what they called it) is being filled against Boise for the misrepresentation of the Illinois case the made the Florida Supreme Court ruling look even more stupid. But that's a rumor.

defendal.home.dhs.org A Democrat Farce.
A morality play on the state of good and evil in America.

I apologize for the imprecision of my statement. Indeed no ballots were apparently involved, but the applications for these ballots were involved. It was these applications that were tendered to Republican party operatives so that they could be filled out by them. Filled out, I might add, after the absentee voter applicant had already signed their application.

Improper? I think probably so. Impartial? Democrats were not called, their applications were set aside. Fair? That is something the courts are being asked to resolve.

As I have said elsewhere, I think these votes should count, but then so do I think all votes should be counted throughout the state. Perhaps reprimands and fines would be in order for these kinds of egregious partisan actions on the part of Martin and Seminole county election personnel. This would be a good remedy as far as I am concerned.

But, it is my understanding that this kind of thing might be treated differently under Florida law, possibly invalidating all ballots that benefited from this type of partisan preference.

As to the Martin County treatment:
But Gary Farmer, one of the lawyers who filed the suit, said the Martin County situation was more serious because elections officials allowed the GOP to actually remove the request forms from the office. The action allowed Republicans "unfettered and unsupervised access to these official public records," the lawsuit said.
