<Paying $10 a chip for a 30degC temperature >

The biggest improvements in thermal conductivity in Silicon using isotopically pure material is a lower temperatures than room temperature. At normal hot silicon operating temperature the effect is much less than at cooled silicon temperatures where the cooling benefits can be substantial.
