I am very comfortable that WEBM's accounting is conservative. Their September quarter was front-end loaded and the momentum has continued into this quarter. There is good upside to published estimates and the stock sells at a big discount to Tibco, for reasons I cannot rationalize. WEBM is 43% off its recent high and that is outperforming the list of tech stocks I follow. The price has been influenced by an unlock of shares during a NASDAQ crash. I view the fundamentals as excellent as B2B integration is a large and growing opportunity. Private marketplaces are being built-out and this is WEBM's sweet spot. I think the stock can grow 50% per year over the next few years.
