No opportunity was allowed for them to have a second chance due to partisan favoritism. It's the GOPs own fault that their constituent's ballots must be discounted. Were there Democrat apps also printed w/o id numbers ?
Who normally puts the id numbers on... is it the voter's responsibility ? I am somewhat out of the loop on part of this... please fill me in...
