He posted the earnings estimate on 4/21/2000. The reason I usually post a counter point whenever TRJ's comments are posted here is to balance out the potential hype. He always says what we QCOM shareholders want to hear...but he is rather unrealistic in his projections and enthusiasm. Because of his reputation his constantly bullish posts persuaded a lot of folks to hold when they should have folded during the first part of the year. He is not to blame for this of course but his excitement needs to be tempered with some reality. He has never accounted, to my knowledge, for why his numbers were so wrong. Rick
