That is quite interesting. One bit that is clear is that no one can change the election laws between election day and the counting of the votes. The USSC was debating whether the FLSC was changing the law by allowing extra time for the recount.

So it will be interesting if this "little law breaking" by altering republican ballots provides sufficient grounds to block those votes. Possibly the same applies to absentee ballots that lack evidence that they were sent by the appropriate date.
