I have a large argument with CREATING votes It seems like the solution to your objections is the same as the solution to mine. The ballots need to be examined closely. As far as I'm concerned they should stamp each one with a serial number, photograph them if necessary and show the world and the judges what people mean by intent or no-intent. There are certainly partisans involved, and many are radicalized by now, but the majority of the country just wants a full and accurate count, nothing more, nothing less. TP
