You're dreaming if you think Bush legal team will sit still for "disputed ballots" being counted first.
I know that Bush's Daddy's friend's team will do whatever it can to stall. Most judges can see through transparent attempts to stall, the 90 witnesses didn't last long.

Anybody here have info on Judge Nikki? Esp. any idea why Jeb Bush passed her over and whether Butterworth would have been a party to such decision?

I saw the briefest CV on her the other day and my first impression was that she, personally, might have VERY different views than Jeb re affirmative action.

Anyone have a view of her attitude?
