Perhaps they are gun-shy or just in a payback mode because they swallowed the Boies lie that got them impugned, in the first place. Definite attitude check over there. No doubt they are also AWARE that the US Supremes and another federal court are interested in these affairs.

Does it seem to anyone here that maybe the FL SC rejection of the two Gore cases yesterday was a little effort to "clean house" before the in-laws come for a visit? In reference to the FSC, I'm begining to think they may/ ought to be a little pissed/embarrassed by some of the evidence that the Gore team brought to them and were asked to rely on in making their opinion. This guy is a part of that "evidence". Too many of his answers are elicting laughter from the court. I agree with TLC. Despite my current strong leaning to the Bush camp, I believe this country needs a vibrant Democratic Party. Our republic works best for most that way.
