Wolf, thanks for the information on the cash needs. With respect to your other comments, <On the positive, Rebecca said "very, very soon" a week ago and on the negative this is Dimethaid making a prediction..... I predict UK deal announcement by mid December latest which I consider a challenge...... BTW - I pedict the probability of everything discussed above being concluded successfully as high.> I agree with your general comments, but quite frankly I am a little less optimistic about the timing of an announcement. Those final 10 yards are always the hardest in any negotiation and if we know Rebecca ( and I think we have a pretty good idea what she's like), she is pushing hard for an outstanding deal. To quote the Chief, with UK approval in hand: "We have them by the Balls" Once a deal is agreed to in principle, the Lawyers need to have their say on both sides, then once that is done, there will be a lot of management reviews at the Pharma Co before it gets the final OK. My hope is that a deal is done by Christmas, but i would not be surprised if it's early January before the deal is announced. You know, that's fine by me. Now that we have the UK approval, I'm sleeping much better and know that the deal will eventually come. John P.S So when do you think we will see FDA approval?
