But Gore doesnt care--He would take the Presidency even if he were perceived as this generations Herbert Hoover. The man is proving himself obcessed with power and his lap dog Liebeman, formerly the conscience of the senate, blindly follows suit. If GWB was in Gores shoes, he would never be doing this even if Republican zealots asked him to. The difference between bush and gore is that bush sr. is a WW2 guy and still alive while Gore Sr. is dead and turning in his grave over son's behaviour. My generation continues to disappoint and miss the point about what America is all about. What happens when all the WW2 guys are gone?????
