Politics, politics...yawn. President elect Bush is pretty much got it wrapped up right now. Or is it Acting President Cheney, who seems to be doing all the talking. I look forward to a Cheney/Powell presidency real soon, as W spends time at the ranch. <G>. You know, W still seems pretty disconnected to me. However, I am also tired of Gore and Nader.....Is McCain still running? Back on topic...........the Rambus PR machine has proven itself to me in the past two weeks. I am intrigued by the seeming "certainty" of a court victory. This "certainty" in the press can place great pressure on the other side's softer decision makers to get a deal done now rather than suffer the humiliation (and possible firing) as the result of a court decision "everyone saw was a dead loser". Micron is in this spot too, of course. Pressure, pressure. You can feel it building.
