I heard somewhere that Bernie Schaeffer's newsletter last montht was suggesting shorting CMGI common and buying puts.. I hear he has a rather large following.. CMGI popped off the drop under$10 and went straight to $14 in two dayz after turkey day but dropped back with last weeks market tailspin..

obviously nothing is going to pop with the NAZ going in the crapper but CMGI will be like a loaded spring when the market turns up...

I watch it every day and have made good money on these pops going long even in this wicked downtrend...Only wish I had brains and guts to go short as I would have made much more on the short side..

My only shorts recently have been covered immediately for losses as I am too scared of bounces to hold shorts...I need to get over that..bigtime...

Scarecrow; I think the lobsters post said it all! A lot of those shorts have covered since the 15th and the rest are probably lying dead somewhere with their portfolios in limbo. CMGI is truly a market driven stock, heavily dependent on the performance of it's holdings and the IPO market. When the market picks up so will we. JMO cb
