It is my understanding that this information was to be filled in by the voter in any event. The Republican form left off the blank line to provide this information. The Democratic one provided the blank line. The fact that under this circumstance, Republican absentees were permitted correction, and more correctly the Republican Party was involved and not the requesting voter applicant and the Democratic ones were not suggests to me that this was a partisan process. My opinion is this is improper. It is certainly not impartial.

If you have different facts about this, I would welcome seeing them. As it stands, I guess we will have to wait for any ruling and any presentation of evidence.
