No, I mean courts. I believe we'll find my statement is accurate as stated. Your case appears to relate to fraud. Specifically, I've seen the ruling(s) where-in the absence of the voter ID on an application was ruled as insufficient cause to throw out a vote, as all valid voters should be allowed to vote, indeed.
